Morale does not have any effect in our current pvp modes because those modes are synched at 150 or 80.

Now that we have a 1 v 1 duel mode that does not Abide by the level synch rules, pvp gear will be extremely necessary in order for pvpers who do not PVE very much to actually have an edge.
Hopefully there will be a new set of pvp gear in patch 3.4.
So if morale does squat in our current synced mode. The morale technically does nothing currently then? Because I'm hearing different answers here.
