Teleporting to idlyshire to grab some eikon materials just to teleport back to a main city is a pain

The afk tome zones are built in areas where the normal city state functions don't exist since its not owned by anyone. Plus its an mmo traveling is suppose to be a thing

This I dont necessarily agree with. It would be convenient for sure, but if you had every single thing you needed in the end game hub, lv 60's would never leave. You would see EVEN MORE people idling there 24/7 than you do now, and the other city states would suffer from it, a lot.. Imagine teleporting to Limsa and not beeing immediately greeted by all the people hanging near the aetheryte, or by the marketboard crafting/searching the market..

I know the lower level players would still be there, but with how fast leveling is, they would all end up in idyllshire in no time at all and the city states would become even more of a ghost town.
