To be fair here;

w/o Maim

BB : 150 / 200 / 280
SE : 150 / 190 / 324
SP : 150 / 190 / 300

Eye and Path are always going to have the maim buff if they are combo'd since you can't wait 25 seconds to cast the next hit. That's also assuming you never use the stacks for fell cleaves down the line. I made a google doc laying out the 'best case' potencies for the WAR class and assuming all goes well they have some insane per-GCD gains which aren't really reflected by listing the base potencies.

ie:

Maim Buffed ppGCD factoring in stacks:

BB : 348.6
SE : 336
SP : 327.6

And again with SE and Maim

BB : 383.5
SE : 369.6
SP : 360.4

Just in terms of numbers, the ppGCD is going to vastly overtake those of a Paladin in particular. It's worth noting that if you waste stacks during this process you can lose about 1/3 of your potential DPS which is punishing, but it is pretty hard to actually lose stacks over the course of a fight if you know when the jumps are.

BB combo without maim: 150/200/280 = 210 ppGCD

BB combo with maim: 180/240/336 = 252 ppGCD. FC is available every 7-8 GCDs working out to 80 ppGCD. That adds up to 332 ppGCD.

How did you end up with 348.6? By including the Deliverance bonus?

PLD's ppGCD in SwO assuming an RA>RA>GB rotation with a 2.4 GCD is around 320 without including Swipe, SW, CoS or FoF from what I remember.

So, to be fair, I don't think that disproves the fact that maim merely balances their potencies. Eye is another issue.

(180 + 240 + 336 + 240) + 49.8 (Deliverance Bonus) = 1045.8. 1045.8/3 = 348.6.

You're missing the +5% from having deliverance on during the combo.

A spreadsheet with the breakdown of damage as well as damage loss is in this spreadsheet if you're interested. I might have some errors in there though, I haven't gone through and tidied it up.
