Not Fussed really, But i do want more Content with meaning an storys then grinding mobs and leves.

Personally i can't wait to get to 50 so i can power level my wife and get her back into the game, and then maybe try to get her sister and her husband back into the game, we all player FFXI together and FFXIV is finally starting to come around so hopefully ill still be able to help them after i hit 50.

And when i say we played together i mean we crushed together... Endgame HNM linkshell Silentwinds on Ramuh.... Sister in law was first relic shield on server, we have relic bard horn i think 2nd.... some of the best players on the server in our guild, we all had multiple 75 jobs. We took on everything even AV.. although we never killed AV lol

Awesome, I hope you can reunite in 14. I think we all know people who either quit or never started who we hope will someday come back/start playing and it'd be great to be able to help catch them up to do content with us, which was after all the point of this system. They're going to do away with at least the part where the level 50 player can be in the same party and claim the mobs, which enabled AFK leveling and bigger links, but I don't think any legit PL'ers will mind doing it the intended way.

We did have an idea about this after after the modification to the claiming system but didn't expect where the person getting PL can be in the party and do nothing and gaining exp without the penalty where it calculates the level difference between the players.

We expected the extent of power leveling to become evident with the removal of the claim system, but we didn’t foresee the extent to which low level players can sit AFK, while in the same party with a much higher level character fighting monsters, without the level differences between the players being applied to the incoming EXP.
