Dungeon gear is created original every 2 big patches. We got exclusive dungeon gear on 3.1 and 3.3, and will porbably get more on 3.5

At this point i'm just hoping the new Alexander gear makes up for the glamour drought patch 3.4 will bring

There are supposed to be new GC sets coming, as well, with our new rank.

I'm definitely in the minority for liking the scripture gear, heh. It doesn't look obnoxious.
The dungeon stuff though, I'm neutral on.

Hmm this is the last tomb gearset before 4.0 so I am guessing they are saving the good gear for the lvl70 artifact gearsets.
But for now most people are going to glamour this set. Well at least I know I am
I think the healer and caster gear is the recolored Ghost/Lost/Red Thief gear (formerly Striking/Scouting/Ranging), the three recolored Defiant/Daring Duelist (Tank Dragoon) sets are the scouting/ranging/striking gear, and the recolored Halonic Friar/Vicar/Auditor's gear(formerly Striking/Scouting/Ranging) is for Tanks and Dragoons.
They might be pallet swaps, but they seem to be attempting to give each role new glamour options rather than repeat the alternate color scheme of Orthodox gear they did with the Dravanian sets in 3.2.

I'm so tired of MCH and BRD having robe/dress like chest pieces. Now we have to deal with cowboy hats to go with it? Granted I'm wearing the HA Aiming chest dye pure white with the Ballad Crown, I'd still like to see more armor plated ranged gear. One thing I really liked about ESO is they didn't really restrict what type of armor you could wear, a player rolling a mage could walk up into town wearing a full Daedric armor.

They both look like minor patch dungeon gear sets. I am probably in the minority but I like the Grubal Library sets (Sharlayan sets) as scripture gear. Something that was easily distinguishable from other sets and have coherence within the set.
