    Please explain this difference. 90 <> 512

    from this live letter the 26th Live letter which happened around Christmas in the Eorzea Cafe in tokyo;

    Q4: We have the auto reclamation this month, but can you please let us know about future addition of land?

    A4: We have confirmed that we will be increasing the amount of land for existing housing areas in Patch 3.3. After this we’re planning to introduce mansion type housing, and housing in the Ishgard area. These two are being developed in parallel, but in order to meet everyone’s demand, we will implement the mansion-type housing as a first priority. Currently it’s being planned that one mansion will be able to hold 512 residences. As for gardening, we think this will be difficult, but we’re currently developing new pots that will allow gardening, so please look forward to this.
    And from the Housing preview for the 3.4 patch on the Lodestone today;

    Each apartment building can house up to 90 tenants, with each room costing 500,000 gil.
    That's a significant departure from the earlier statement. I know that things change during development, but this is about an 80% reduction in the number of available apartments from what was originally said would be available, to what is coming in 3.4.

    So, someone please explain to us, where did the other 422 apartments per mansion go? What happened?

    P.S. I'm well aware that the initial live letter includes a caveat saying "Currently it’s being planned", however a more than 80% reduction in the number is more than a slight change, so it would be nice to hear about why it happened. I'm extremely aware that things change during development, but this significant difference is beyond what you'd expect unless a major issue arose.
