Ran these as a WHM.

In Stone Vigil, I had a warrior tank with gears so bad I constantly have to have Cure 2 casting even if she has full health because she gets so much damage that if I wait for her to have like 400 damage, she dies.

Then in Castrum. I'm used to solo healing it as AST or SCH and it was my first run there as WHM. My cohealer spammed holy the entire time. No wipes but theres at least 4 people dead every pull including one of the tanks. I knew it would be a bad run because I grabbed plugged my controller (took like a min) during the first pull and more than half the party died. What the other WHM doing? Casting freaking holy non stop. And I'm the one freaking out trying to salvage the party.

I don't know the circumstances of their ban, but after having seen previous bans discussed here I'm not given to believe it was for nothing, and I find it strange that a go-around like this is allowed, that's all I'm saying.

There's a difference between sharing the odd story that happened to someone you know and practically taking over an account (in use or not) to work around said ban.

Check Kallistra's post history. He says why Selli was banned. Anyway, posting on someone else's behalf isn't really against the rules. He's still the one actively posting. The only way the mods would really care is if it was Selli herself using his account to post. I wouldn't worry about it.

There's plenty of posts on his account that aren't someone 'practically taking over an account'. Heaven forbid someone share in the same experiences that others are experiencing, especially their significant other who is having fun playing the game and can't post. Dude likes to talk about his gf and the experiences she shares and wants to share. Not nearly as bad as someone actually using another account to continue posting (there is one user at least whose username is essentially 'bringmyoriginalaccountback')

You certainly seemed like someone who was policing it, for someone who's not a GM or forum moderator. I guess that means no one should share Dervy's stat weights anymore, or even speak his name.

After many failed runs I'm happy to report my mentor roulette the other night hit the jackpot with a Ramuh Extreme that actually cleared via duty finder. It took several wipes and getting a replacement healer, but about 40 min in, success! That's the first Ramuh EX DF clear I've seen, all the others were abandons.

There's no need to be defensive. Whether you're dating or not is irrelevant, I'm just questioning the sense of it being permitted when they've effectively been barred from the forums; I don't think I ever see you post anything that isn't to do with the individual involved and by and large, your account merely seems to be their mouthpiece.

You asked if it was allowed, I explained why I think it's okay and gave an explanation to why I do what I do. That's getting defensive? Oh boy. I will admit the block part was a little cheeky, I added it several hours later because I noticed your post had a lot of upvotes. I figured that meant people didn't want to see my stuff, it wasn't directed right at you alone.

I posted this just yesterday and it has nothing to do with anyone but me. I'm not one for inserting my opinion, so I generally don't. That's why I don't have many posts. But when someone talks to me, about me, to my girlfriend, or about her, I generally respond. I know I post her screenshots a lot, but that's because I watch her fiddle for hours over taking and editing them. I'm proud to show them off.

I commend whoever I feel is doing their job on an above average level.

If I feel like the whole party deserves a commendation, I'll give it to a DPS since I know they have a harder time getting commendations.

Shout out to the MNK who got Turn 5 for their mentor roulette. My FC leader forgot to unsync, we were a group of 7, and didn't expect an instant queue for Turn 5 synced. What an awesome feeling to one-shot it with you when it had been a while for you, too. You deserved your 7 comms.

You cannot get coils for mentor roulette. That monk was there because they specifically queued for it.

On the subject of Selli, our little group in Sargatanas (Ashkendor/Louvain/myself) somehow managed to get her in our little Discord room. Not entirely sure how that happened (think it had something to do with Lou and trying to get cross server mentor roulettes going), but we've enjoyed her presence there.

Yes, selli and I were grinding mentor roulette at the same time for the mount but now I'm done. And "Cross server mentor roulette" isn't exactly how it works. We just queued often in the same time span.

Well yeah, that's pretty much what I meant.

Had another spin with Astrologian on the wheel of fate in a Void Ark run.

Only pulled like 2 Balances this time. Massive storm of Arrow cards though. I can't complain I guess?
