Veteran rewards going away make other items obtainable

I do wish they had more midcore content..

It's not so much about types of content, but about itimization and progress structure. For example, raids, that will tear apart yuor soul, give you 240 ilvl, and no-brain dungeons give you ... also 240 ilvl. If SE were to add midcore content it would also give 240 ilvl and noone would even do it, because, what's the point?

Ruins game experience when the 1.0 people rub mounts in peoples face that can't get them though; if they doing away with veteran rewards because people cannot catch up why should other things be locked behind non existent content and exclusive? Totally unfair based on other things that have been reworked by SE.

Who in the world is actually rubbing a 1.0 mount in your face?

I understand your frustration. I'm a legacy player but I missed a lot of exclusives because I didn't come back to the game until last year. Knowing SE though all of the exclusives will eventually be made available one way or another.

1.0 Goobbue got a recolor in the form of the sylph beast tribe mount so the 1.0 players that got it are not any more special than you and me.
FFXIII stuff was added to the cash shop with dye-able option.
Plushie and Soundtrack minions occasionally make a comeback to the Square Enix store. It's just a matter of keeping an eye on it.
Breaking Brick Mountains event made a comeback in 2014 and might possibly make another comeback in the future

So there is no need to stress, your patience will eventually be rewarded. Personally I'm hoping for a recolor of the moogle attire (or a similar attire, those paws are cute)

I'm at a complete loss with this thread. Where has anyone stated that vet rewards are going away? What is the OP even arguing about? I'm also getting that feeling where this thread is utterly worthless and needs to be re-purposed into something wonderful, like how pretty we all look in our glamours.

I think people heard someone who heard from somewhere else that vet rewards were stopping, so now they're like "GIMMIE EM NOW!". Just another case of "I want it now"

please link this reply whenever there is a post on how unfair things are, how hard content is, calls for nerfs and things that don't need to be fixed be toyed with . I love how hypocritical the community is that a mount breaks the camels back but the other nonsense is acceptable.
