Here's my stance:

I love getting new players engaged in the game. I think the rest of my LS would agree. New members feel left out whenever we have had level 50 dungeon runs and they don't have at least 1 class to level 45. In order to not leave anyone behind, I will PL any member of my LS so that they always have the option of coming along. The faster they have a level 50 the sooner they can participate.

To those that say it's cheating. I don't care. Until there is PVP, we're not directly competing with you. Get over it. To those that say it's ruining the economy, it is not. Previously, it took a few weeks of grinding or doing leves to get a class to 50. During that time (because of how stats worked) you could wear r50 gear on an r1 without much consequence, so who in their right mind would spend their gil on r1 gear? Just about everyone goes to get gear from the mini NMs to wear until they get some classes to 50 anyway. To those that say we're stealing their mobs, we're not there are plenty of places to level. At least when I'm the PLer, if there is a legitimate party at the same place, we find a new place to PL. On Fabul, there is hardly ever anyone in Copperbell mines. Copperbell is Abaddon's preferred PLing grounds.

If you don't like PLing, then don't do it, but what we're doing doesn't affect you in any way. Go cry about it to somebody else, I don't care.
