Hello ya'll, as a leader of a small, tight knit Free Company, we were overjoyed to purchase a plot and buy a free company house, though now I am realizing its limitations.

Is there any possible way to help out us lil guys?

The limited amount of crafting tables is upsetting.
Limited plotting for gardening.
Limited lawn decorations.

I mean, if it can't be increased, could it be made possible for members whom have access to private rooms be able to access crafting tables within possible said rooms? Has this possibility been brought up and put on the discussion tables?

Private chambers should be able to hold up to two crafting tables (although only the room owner can make use of them). That said, they only give a 10 cp bonus and only up to level 50 so I would not stress too much over them. As for gardening, members can use the new flow pots to grow anything (no crossing however) in their private chambers as well. It's not as nice as a garden plot, but it's something for now.

More partition options would be divine. Not to mention making the existing ones dyeable. I could maybe make Oasis work if it weren't such a massive contrast to Alpine and Stone designs. What I really want though is weapon mantles or something. I'd be thrilled if you could say, put your old relics on the wall or a weapon rack.
