Apartments really need to have an outdoor patio where you can do gardening and put a few pieces of outdoor furniture. As of right now, it's impossible to do any real gardening (aka crossbreeding) with an apartment and even if you're in a GC you need to have access to the crops and hope that no one else messes with them. Even if we can only get 4 beds it would still be a tremendous help towards allowing the entire player base to access something that has been gated off for years.

It would also be nice if players could buy "suites" in terms of Apartments that are bigger in general.

One of the things that TRULY boggles my mind is the fact that a person who abandons their plot is rewarded with a percentage of their plot purchase price after auto-demo. Why?!? If I can't walk up to my house, demolish it, relinquish the land and get the same reward (as an active subber) why do they get that benefit?

The plot prices are already controlled, right? Then why on earth does the person that relinquishes the land get a percentage of the sale of that plot to the next buyer? I can't see how this would have any other effect than increasing churn/availability in the housing market. Please implement something meaningful here, because I'm tired of losing gil upgrading/moving.

It's designed to remove gil, it's not supposed to be there to profit or get a refund. The 80% back is because the plot was taken back without any say so from the character that purchased it.

It may be silly to hope, but I would love if large houses got another 100 item limit increase indoor.
Some other things I'm hoping for as well would be..
- Indoor training dummys.
- Rugs to hang on the wall like a quilt or such.
- Walls and Pillars that take the current wallpaper. (maybe a marble oasis pillar!)
- More varieties of plants and water features.
- Mayhaps the ability to choose different layouts for the inside like you can for the outside (Cave, allagan, garlean, moogle, etc)
Wallpapers and flooring are nice but it would be enjoyable to have different interiors other than the basic layout.

Suggestions on how to improve Apartments and/or FC Private Chambers:
-Allow people the ability to upgrade their apartment and/or FC private chamber. Like increasing the size, increasing the item limit (s), adding a basement, and/or adding a second floor. Make each upgrade a major money sink, that all adds up to the price of buying a Medium House (or maybe even a mansion).
-Give them an outdoor space, like a balcony.
-IF you don't want to give them an outdoor space, at least give players a way to garden and crossbreed plants indoors. You could even limit it to one-per house/apartment/private chamber.

I would really like to have weapon displays and armor mannequins we can use to display outdated armor that we don't really want to get rid of because it still looks good or we just like the look of. I think it would look neat for people to have a few in their houses so they can display weapons or armor they've earned and are proud of. Plus, it will also help with cleaning up space in character armory.

Coming some time this expansion, they confirmed that in one of the live letters.

Medicine cabinet/rack/tray
Dyable simple walls/floors
Beast tribe stuffed dolls
Partition doors matching other partitions besides the riviera one
Being able to put retainers inside houses/rooms/apartments
Non sepia paintings (dont even need to redo all the sepia ones, being able to get the HW ones from joyous painter would be enough)
Literally every piece of furniture from kugane castle also

More Company-Rooms

This rooms, like the Company Workshops, would be bought in the same door for the Private Chambers, but would be completely new rooms with new uses or enviroments to explore and decorate.

One example of this new "Company Rooms would be a:

—Company Greenhouse / Inner Garden : The idea would be to have a green zone "inside" the house where players where able to cultivate and garden more plants and in better conditions, and of course put different other furnishings. One extra idea for this new room to be usefull was that, in case the future gardening demanded it, maybe the Greenhouse could have a giantic patch only for special plants, like for example a Molbol itself or somekind of "legendary plant - Tree of life" which could be usefull for different needs.

The basic idea of this zone, again, is to get an specific zone to cultivate your plants and also have some "green rooms" inside the house.
