I have 100 moogle tokens been using the beast tribe to level my crafters has the tokens changed for it?

No. Max level moogles would let you get an unidentifiable every other day (9 tokens per day) and now Vanu and Vath are being made to work the same way (3 tokens per day, an unidentifiable every other day at 6 tokens.)
