I'm so sorry for asking this but I am really confused about this. I have tried to look on google and reading all reddit threads, but I can't find any answer. I live in the Netherlands, does this magazine thing apply for us? Because I really got confused about the note:

If your account is a EU account the codes will work for you. They will have other promotions coming to those other regions for those who cannot get the magazine.
