It depends on your job but you typically just want gear with ideal secondary stats. Accuracy and Parry are pretty much useless in PvP (there is a very low accuracy requirement but just 1 gear with acc on it should be enough to hit it) and as such should be avoided as much as possible.
The Morale stat on PvP gear is just a +ilvl boost when in PvP areas. So if a piece of gear has Morale+20, it adds +20 ilvl to the gear before it's synced to i150 (in other words, its useless in any current pvp). Some PvP gear has very good secondary stats though (for example +crit +det) and can be useful for that purpose.
If you are a healer, you may want to consider using a few vitality accessories to boost your max HP but barring that everything else is pretty straightforward.
