It's kind of weird with Lalafells. Like, I get how that gear is a turn-off since they are basically modeled after toddlers, but lore-wise they are adults with adult sensibilities, so... I don't know. I probably would never put my char in anything remotely resembling a bikini because it just doesn't look right.

Not my point. They're kids and somewhat resemble humans. Its like double standard bs. "Its ok because they're actually a hundred something years old" crap. They look like it so why is it ok? Yet if you look like a animal character from a childs cartoon your disgusting and should be ashamed. I suppose Sly Cooper, Monster Hunters Felines, Sonic (ign blows), the beast race from Phantasy Star and just about every character in Kingdom Hearts are just as horrible to like. I don't even.

Because the animal people are usually far more sexualised... Just look at lalas, they just look like chibis. Just cute and somewhat like kids. You see way more weird fetish animal character stuff... And about your Elin Lala question, one is made to look sexy and one is made to look cute.

I basically see my taru/lalafell character the same way I see Young Link in a Zelda game, little guy on a big adventure! Everything is more exciting when it looks like a challenge, so a small player vs huge enemy makes winning feel awesome.

Pretty much a double standard. I don't know why simply liking things like Miqos make you a furry. I think they're cute and that's it. I would have played a Hyur, but Hyur has a weird head shape (I tested the hair I like on a Miqo and a Hyur). The people who are obsessed with their sexual interest in them are the actual furries.
