Well that isn't always a good thing aither fun fact coupled with low nutritional value, high fat, calorie and sodium content of these foods can lead to a variety health problems with statistical associations to weight gain, obesity, cardiovascular conditions and all cause mortality of eating fast food or process frozen food can be a dangerous thing. Sometimes good old fashion is usually the better option same can be claim for mmo's maybe your in the wrong genre if you dont have the time to play. /shrug to each their own I guess.

I consider myself casual worked etc and found the time to do content in ffxi still I just took my time never needed to rush it I enjoyed it as I went even got sea access without being a hardcore player never ran into this issue of being excluded from it that generally in the hardcore crowd IMO.

Oh, no doubt about that! People also reproduce less and take worse care of their offspring due to stress and a lack of time (and often money). There's burnout galore, these days even as early as high school. Life increasingly becomes about efficiency and performance and that takes its toll in numerous ways. Unfortunately, primarily for the benefit of the most wealthy individuals - 90% of the total produced welfare of a state goes to the top 10-20%. Chances are, if you as workforce become more productive, someone else benefits far, far more from it than you.

Companies however feel no need to change this - their primary purpose is to make money for their shareholders. As such, if there's money to be had with convenience games, those games will be made. That said, it's plain and simply wrong to say "maybe your in the wrong genre if you dont have the time to play" if there are games within that genre that cater to exactly these people, because that fact directly contradicts the statement. It is the right genre for them, as long as they play these specific games catering to them.

There are there usually single player games with a multiplayer option attach to it for quick rewards, solo play and a hub to gather with party members to run instance dungeons that's why I don't really consider this an actual mmo. I actually can play other game though now I guess thats a bonus Nope if greed is what inspired them to change a genre to profit off it, I don't see that as a positive more of they ruin it, but hey can agree to disagree I guess.
