Original glamor ideas, I'm fine with. Ones based from other games/franchises? Ok, I'll admit, some MAY work... if they're from the same sort of world. Geralt's armor from the Witcher, Ezio's armor from Assassin's Creed, Chrom from Fire Emblem Awakening... gear from games like Suikoden, Odin Sphere, Grand Kingdom could also work as well as their worlds are of a fantasy setting.
First I do understand crossovers. Don't make assumptions based off of one post. Second, generating ideas in 'both things that are currently active' is all well and good, but the current two... Yokai and Power Rangers? I have doubts about about the mindset of some people who organise these...And you don't seem to understand the idea of crossovers, you want to generate interest in both things that are currently active.
Only a select few... From all the ones we're received from Veteran Rewards so far, there's a plethora of others out there, just waiting to be tapped. We had a FFXIII theme event... why not one for FFII, IV, VI or VIII for example? There's probably one planned for FFXV and also the 'episodic remake of FFVII'...We get earlier FF reference in other ways like Veteran Rewards.
Actually yes. I've had some of that gear til I upgraded. While that does fit with the tech/design already established... cybernetic prosthetics like seen in Deus Ex... no thanks. Next we'll want Red vs Blue armor/weapons for glamor... Hell, why not bring in some Iron Man armor glamor... Or armor of the Asgardians from the Thor movies? Yeah, no thanks.have you seen the ironworks gear? there are very few limits to what fits with Garlean tech/design. also the Void Ark?
Yes we can, which is why I have suggested in my earlier post of some events (with glamor rewards) from past FF titles... not just from the numbered line but also the... 'spinoff's...we can uncover lots of fashion styles from the previous eras.
There's also not a strong argument FOR it either...And I don't personally care about Deus Ex but I don't see a strong argument against it if that's something they want to do.
