That is actually a very good question. I reckon the events are made with the Japanese players in mind, so if Deus Ex is not popular enough in Japan, then we will not get it. I do remember reading somewhere online, where Japanese players were not happy with their version, because it was censored. Any reference to sexual things and nudity was censored.

The game was profitable in the West, so who knows we might get a event, I liked the first one alot and already pre-ordered the second.

I thought games released in Japan had less censxoring than West, not other way around.

They dont censor violence alot, but when it comes to sexual contents or organs being showed, then they will censor it. A example, in the Japanese adult entertainment, they censor both sexual organs, because they deemed it too obscene. If you want to learn more look up Article 21 of the Japanese Constitution.

It's possible i suppose since we have what now, Power Rangers (Posing Rangers) highly doubtful it would happen.
I honestly think it's getting a little out of hand the crossover events, that are so far from being related to FF. No need to advertise for other games :/
The events are now feeling meh, Lightning and Shantotto were actually very good in my opinion when they had those events.

if we concider the only "Square-Enix" licenced games that got a cross-over were FF11, Dragon Quest & FF13 (probably due to eather popularity of that they are a FF title) & that not only have they release the FF10/10-2 HD remake & a new Star Ocean of which never got a "Promitional" cross-over for FF14 (which F u SE I want Star Ocean gear/weapons) my bet would be on the only 1 we shall see of a Square-Enix title will be FF15... cause their promoting the F'n heck outa that (its even getting a Prequal CGI movie... hated the 1st FF movie, liked FF7's... & they did 2 hit/miss FF anime's once, Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals & Final Fantasy: Unlimited, both were okay)
