Maybe we can convince 789th Order Acolyte Ba Go to add some to one of his bomb girlfriends? We'd probably have to explain what boobs are first, since female kobolds don't seem to have prominent mammaries, but I'm sure we can work something out.

I mean, if you think of monsters as just being regular animals, it's not immediately evident as to who is male and who is female..

It would be a neat feature to have though. Kind of like how there are gender differences in Pokemon, though I don't know how that would tie into FFXIV's mechanics.
