That's just them poking fun. It doesn't mean they plan to add those jobs in the expansion.
Just because they did one of each last expansion doesn't mean they will follow that same model again. It's funny that people have been asking for Blue Mage but it won't be the kind of Blue Mage they are expecting if they are working on that.
And Red Mage will not be a dps since Samurai was already said that it would be a dps. Red Mage will either be healer or tank and I'm leaning more to a tank.
As for a healer... I'm hoping for dancer.

Probably be 1 of each. If they only add dps we will see the duty finder go into an epic fail like when ninja was added. If the only class you add is dps, you will see dps queue times triple if not more and that's what devs try to avoid and learned their lesson with adding ninja
Too bad? There's no reason for it. There's a real lack of ranged DPS that doesn't have cast timers, zero. There's a lack of DPS that use swords, also zero. Nothing specifically about what you want is actually needed in the current state of the game. When I said they should add more mage DPS jobs, I said to add more mage DPS jobs, not healer! And for those who don't want to play healer? The sole mage DPS jobs in this game is Black Mage and Summoner which is quite embarassing in comparison to other MMOS! There is a deep lack of mage DPS jobs in this game.
It's called magic, more specifically Phalanx. They can also have parry traits with their fencing style swords that minimizes actual damage taken.
I just hope its not a DPS class only, otherwise may the goddess have mercy on us, because Duty Finder queue is going to take hours.
It'd be stupid to not add a tank/healer in 4.0. Whether or not they'll be generic and hardly any different from the other jobs who fulfil the same role? Most likely not.

Either way samurai being a dps will destroy the queue times for all that primarily play dps. So counting on good tank and healer classes to balance out

Red Mage is not a fencer, he's a caster. The way RDM tanked in FFXI was by adding Mystic Knight traits and skills to it, completely crushing the RDM personality.
They do not really need another 'me too' healer as introduced in HW.
What they should look at is reworking the Astro to move it away from WHM, adding more differentiation.
It uses the core abilities of the whm - and as such will always be thought of as a semi-clone of that class.
Restructure the N.Ast to make it more individual, allowing some melee abilities aided by shielding.
And, get rid of that card rng gimmick - it is a gimmick, put there in an attempt to deceive players into thinking there's more to the class than just an whm with less utility.
No class should be reliant on rng to decide what ability it uses. This isn't a lucky lottery game, healers play a vital role in group and raid healing and shouldn't have to deal with roll the dice ability mechanisms.

I don't think we need more Tanks or Healers and since it's unlikely they'll add more than two this time maybe two dps.
There's a lot of art, lore and game mechanics that disagree with you. the point of RDM is that they are partially both of those.
And you notice how NIN combined THF and NIN, BRD combines RNG and BRD. It's very possible for them to merge certain Mystic Knight and Rune Fencer skills/traits into Red Mage.
