SE Needs to do Another Player Poll

In all reality such polls are more for us than it is for them. They have access to all the metrics to really gauge how people feel about the content, they don't do polls regularly because they have the analytics in front of them despite what people may say.

Would I love to see data from a FFXIV useerbase poll? Man I'd love to see it hell I'd love to see quarterly polls or something pushed to players who log in just to see how we react to new content as a community and other such metrics. The Vanadiel Census (XI Census) was always really interesting to read and could tell allot about the community as a whole.

I wonder if they also have beta testers and/or focus groups with tight NDAs. I doubt that they would just go on analytics based on game telemetry.
