What happened to the new Grand Company items/gear in 3.3?

GC Ranks. I thought we were getting new ranks. :O

They never said we weren't and Lux only said the gear was being released in the next patch. Remember that SE quite often tells us and shows us what new gear is out but doesn't tell us where or how to get it. As a result, I expect the new gear to be tied behind the next GC rank we're getting which (if I remember correctly) is just First Lieutenant.

To provide an update, we're planning to release the new Grand Company gear in Patch 3.4. Please look forward to what kind of gear will added!

I"m just getting tired being STUCK on second lieutenant, I want to be a captain OR A MARSHAL or something, if we go like 2 more expacs of no new GC ranks, might as well remove the other ranks that we will never obtain.

I've been pretending to be a Captain for years. I need this ooc rank. Without it I shall weep tears of sorrow. But if I get it they will be the most manly of tears.
