What happened to the new Grand Company items/gear in 3.3?

That makes no sense. If it isn't in the patch notes, then it isn't in the patch, simple as that. No need to add a section saying ' here is what we wanted to add today, but couldn't due to reasons'. You can bet you behind that people will complain more about that than knowing nothing.

If they promise something, and its not released when they say it is, its perfectly reasonable to have a warning. We shouldn't have to scramble around for reasons on why it isn't there.

The GC gear was the 1st thing I went to look for when 3.3 was up only to be disappointed. Only good thing is we Maelstrom keep looking spiffier & spiffier! Damn we are some sexy bytches! Keep it up with the cool Maelstrom gear!

They have talked about and mentioned so so so many things over the years they were going to implement and then just never did because reasons and never mentioned it again. If we don't push we don't get answers, and even when we push we don't get answers sometimes, but we need to push nonetheless. I take the live letters worth a grain of salt by now because you never know what's real and what's not going to happen. If they would at least say "sorry we tried, but x and y wouldn't work" it wouldn't be so bad. But nope, they just act like they never said it.

Does that mean new GC ranks which will have the new gear in 3.4 or no plans to add new GC ranks in 3.4 and the gear instead being added to pre-existing ranks? The new ranks have been put off for so long I was just curious if will get that in 3.4 too alongside the new gear.
