Because people need to learn to not be hyped af for example about a small patch or in general patches. As soon as ppl get hyped for something they will most likely be disappointed no matter how good the content is. OP is complaining about the ridiculous amount of threads with the title "disappointing in..." that have no reason to be here. The thing is people mostly just hate here on the forums. Its okay to dislike things but if alot of ppl like the content why not just accept this its a game after all you cant make everyone happy. There are so many people who complain about content cause they have to consume everything first weeks after a patch release. Its just normal that players consume new content faster than devs can create. Simply unsub for a break if you dont have fun if you really dont like any content just unsub. People complain about exclusive jp stuff then they do a event mostly for jp player for eu/na and ppl complain for whatever reason (immersion, fates etc). Sure alot of "constructive" threads to bad u cant notice them under all of this spam. We have threads here where people say they stop playing ff but doesnt even say a reason. Its like the complaints about now just getting 2 dungeons instead 3 then you would have done always the same 3 dungeons and would be still burned out. Ofc if you only like 1-2 things about the game then its normal to get burned out or just reduce your playtime and play smth else

I think people just need to word things differently, instead of "Deep Dungeons sucks", say "Ideas to improve Deep Dungeon", which I think someone already did but people still go out of their way to make new hate filled topics. It's hard to tell if they actually care or just want to complain until SE says enough & listens to all their demands to make XIV "perfect", which ofc will never happen.
The Japanese forum titles are never "I hate this", they say "I wish it could have ____ or ways to improve _____" & are REALISTIC, instead of a giant essay of Deep Dungeons changes that would be near impossible they say a couple realistic ideas such upgrade after the last boss.

I bet that is exactly what the developers want. People to leave the game instead of voicing their concerns and giving feedback. You should work in marketing!
Really painting with broad strokes here aren't you?
The only problem with a lot of "disapoint" threads its they dint even ask for opinions of the other players, they just are like I dont like it! It breaks my inmersion! And when someone answers " you arent a real fan" card appears.

No, they don't. What aren't you understanding about the fact people are allowed emotions and opinions? Of course people are going to get excited for content, and of course some people aren't going to like it. You need to seriously stop trying to control what people post because it's not only arrogant and rude but it's never going to happen.
And go and read my thread which was the first one to have 'disappointed' in the title. I'm not angrily rage-quitting. I even said I appreciate the hard work the Devs put in, but I just didn't like PotD. If you have a problem with that then simply don't comment on it. Don't come on here demanding what 'people need to do'.
What's funny is there's actually more threads complaining about the threads complaining.
My thread clearly asks for people's opinions at the bottom and yet I still got crap from people for having my own opinion.

Is it hating if you find the content boring and unrewarding? I never thought I was "hating".
Constructive criticism? Plus people pay to play to game so regardless of how harsh the feedback is, they have a right to give it. Too bad?

This here is what matters, thank you Warlyx for posting this.
This is correct, one Complaint is of more value than a compliment but...
It needs to be a constructive complaint, most that i see around are just hating without any bases on their comments that are worth nothing and people do it out of being hyped for something and not meeting their standarts.
Constructive Complain = Developers understanding the situation better = Faster and Better content.
