No, I got suspended for harrassment on 7/13/2016, the fact that they contacted me on such a later date... makes me forget what I even did. I'm just complaining over this 24 hour suspension since it has been 24 hours.

GM issues the ban whenever they get to it. However the system is designed differently, so even it's 24 hours real time in your case by now, you won't be able to log back in till midnight the next day.

Meaning if they logged you out at 07/25 @ 4:20 pm pst, you can log back in tonight after midnight. There have been some occasions that people still could not log in after receiving an ban, and needed to wait till the daily reset (7am pst) the following day.
