I made the report and I got a response from a GM inmediatly. He asked what exacly happened and I explained to him, he agreed with me and said that I did good on making the report.
So yes, stoping the progress of orthers by force is a punishable act.

Often then not people dont clear floors and they miss on chests. Just to give an example floor 21-30 the only silver chests we got (3) were from mobs. But people are sooo in a hurry you know then complain they have to do it again
