That's weird & is almost as if there's a sync issue between the client & the server that's not normally experienced (in other words, it's not lag). That could be game breaking.

I saw someone complaining in a linkshell tonight about their Ninjutsu having problems & it may have been the same think. I don't Ninja so I can't relate to it but hope it gets sorted.

It's not just for ninja. It's affecting all my combat classes. I hope it gets sorted too. I really don't know where or how this error came about. But thank you for agreeing that it's not lag.
