I'd say they should have changed Impulse Rush to effect Jumps in some way, personally... If it functioned somewhat like Kassatsu then it could let Dragoon use more Jumps for some added damage/utility/mobility...Damn, I missed the part where they nerfed the crit by 10%. Personally this is the problem, not the enliven change. I like the enliven change, but the crit should definately have stayed at 30%. Clearly SE thought that impulse rush was far too strong (which I can agree with, but the nerfed it far too hard)
