About the EU campaign for maid outfit and fat chocobo

I'm not an EU customer, but why is the campaign so much harder for you guys? All I had to do was buy Monster Hunter Generations and bam, I got all the codes for everything instantly in my inbox.

Having to buy three magazines and wait months for a confirmation while sending a picture of yourself for the mount is stupid. They should just mirror their Amazon campaign!

We had to pay more for the Heavenward Collector's Edition as well and it's not just FFXIV, either. UK customers ended up bizarrely having the price of their WoW subscription 'adjusted' to be more expensive than in other European regions so there's a pretty solid track record of EU/UK customers feeling like they're screwed over and exploited.

Worse yet there's no solid reasons given for why such things play out as they do. Just vague PR speak or statements that don't really address or explain the issue at all.

Unfortunately this issue is now sold out online however there is still stock at retail shops including Tescos, Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrissons.

Tbh The person who wrote that most likely has nothing to do with the planning of this campaign, there is no need to lash against them. Not at this point anyway.

i looked around for a copy of this magazine and checked several tesco's asdas and sainsburries as well as a W.H SMiths not a single copy of this book when i asked if they were sold out i was told and i quote "i'm sorry sir we do not have that magazine in stock" so i asked if they had stock "we do not supply this magazine." so my entire town doesn't have the GameMaster magazine and i am told they do not stock them at all.

personally i would of done Amazon uk since amazone is in most EU countries it would of been simpler, :/ but it looks like i cannot get the inferno mask the ONE THING i wanted from this event.

Try branded news agents like Spar and One Stop. Maybe try some petrol stations? I managed to get a copy from a One Stop.
