She was present at the slaying of two Primals; Phoenix and Bahamut. Phoenix-egi makes much more sense than Bahamut-egi.

As for the Echo, Ive thought she's had it since 2.55; her foresight there is too uncanny to be just intuition.

As an aside, I also feel Alph has it as well...he's just not awoken to it at all yet.
