You have to remember it is PART of the third group as well... people act as if it's the only set of hoops they have to jump through, yet it's not, it's been stated it's not.

Well if you want to look at it that way sure, but that's your perspective, and you're apparently preferring to look at it in an extremely negative way. I'm not gonna bother swaying you away from that either, so there's that.
