Nid Ex PF last night.. MT said he didn't have a pull macro. OT provided it, but MT ignored. Next pull, we again told MT to wait for macro, and he pulled on 5. We asked why, and he said he needed to get an aggro lead on us. NIN helped with aggro buffs.
Later in the fight, we wiped a few times due to OT taking aggro in DPS stance right before final phase, because niddy kept hitting the party with a cleave. MT told the OT that he needed to stop attacking. I finally checked the MT.. And saw an i200 weapon. That explained a lot..

Just had the worst run of Weeping City ever. It was probably the worst DF run I'd ever been in in this game, honestly.
I queue in with some FC members (WAR, WHM, AST, BRD, BLM), and the other randoms in our party are 3 SMNs; we're in Alliance B. All 3 are doing subpar DPS through the first trash pull and first boss. Our tank says in Alliance chat that B is going to go down and handle the keyknots. Well, all three of the randoms stay up instead of going down, so they're dying because myself (WHM) and the other healer (AST) went down, as we told everyone else we were going to. They do this throughout the entire fight (continue to not go down, so my AST friend stayed up to heal them), but we clear without any deaths--suprisingly.
2nd boss: the MT doesn't seem to know what they're doing, and we wipe. Didn't help that the other tanks didn't help with the adds, and the 3 summoners in our party continued to just attack the boss. It's quite possible as well that the DPS in the other two alliances were also not taking care of the adds, but difficult for me to say, since I was so focused on healing everyone though the massive amount of damage and death. Anyways, one of the the SMNs "DC'd" (read: intentionally logged), and we kicked him and got...another SMN. However, the MT pulled before our new member could get to the boss room, so he's locked out. Again, our alliance's DPS is extremely subpar--and it really didn't help that we were short one DPS. We clear it a second time, but just barely (and yes, there were still a lot of deaths). My FC mates and I are already dreading Ozma at this rate. We get to Ozma, and of course, more problems arise.
Now the SMN that joined in at the second boss was really good, but the others couldn't seem to understand the concept of meteors being dropped to the left and to the back (even though this was mentioned multiple times in Alliance chat by multiple people). One followed one of my FC mates left, both meteors dropped, and ofc killed both of them and almost killed the rest of our alliance too. People kept attacking when they had the bomb debuffs, so of course they're dying. I'm raising so much I'm out of MP, so thankfully we have a fabulous BRD who plays me a song so I can continue to raise these people. But I think by that point it was already too late. We wipe on Ozma because everyone starts arguing in Alliance chat about how our alliance is subpar (like we weren't already aware).
Second round, one SMN in our alliance decided to use our LB to pull Ozma before everyone had finished doing their pre-pull buffs/had actually gotten to where they needed to be during the fight. We wipe again. Third time, our tank says they will do a ready check, and to please not pull with the LB until everyone is ready (because early pulling was the cause for the second wipe). Needless to say, the SMN didn't wait, and our entire alliance was dead prior to Black Hole--because, again, we weren't finished with pre-pull prep and everyone was caught off guard/arguing with this SMN. The other alliances are complaining at us, and my FC mates and I pop in and apologize for the SMN's early pulling again. We ask them (the SMN) in Party chat what part of "please wait for the ready check" did they not understand. Their response was "Well everyone was here so why not." I tell them we clearly said to wait because look what happens when you don't wait (4 of us are dead at this point, including myself, but our AST raises me and I raise everyone else). They say "What? Everyone is alive." Wow, didn't know 4 people--one being one of your healers--was considered everyone being alive but okay. Anyways, we're all too busy arguing with this person in party chat, that our alliance ends up dead on the Atomos platform.
It was extremely embarrassing to listen to Alliance A and C talk about how crappy our alliance was, but they weren't entirely wrong. We explain to them that one person is making things extremely difficult for, not only them, but us as well. The other alliances are demanding a kick, and we had already attempted to kick this person, but they had initiated a Vote Abandon, so we had to wait for it to be rejected. Knowing we were trying to kick them, they started trying to kick my FC mates, which of course got denied because none of them were the one causing the problem. They start pulling Ozma to try and avoid the kicks, so, in a stand of unity, everyone stands outside and let's them die. Finally, after several attempts and several pulls to prevent it, they're kicked, we get a new DPS, and we finish the raid. Other alliances are asking for their name because they want to report them, and I can't say I blame them. I reported them myself.
"Best" part: this person is a "mentor." I just can't right now.

The other day when I had a run in the Vault, there were some silly Shenanigans during the fight with Ser Charibert.
I was with a Ninja and a Black Mage that kept on getting hit by those giant horses things marching in a row and the rings of Fire that he summons. Black Mage eventually got himself killed, and I naturally Swiftcast revive.
Right after he comes back, Ninja gets himself killed. Meanwhile I honestly could not find a moment to throw out a res without Swiftcast seeing as I had to keep dodging and healing. But when I finally got to revive him, Ninja dies. So same thing happens again with me getting to res the Black Mage, Ninja dies right after. Then funny enough we manage to kill it as soon as I res the Ninja.
Not that I'm mad that that happened, I was actually kinda giggling about it. xP
Yet another horrible WC run. I went in with a party of 5 and we came in as Alliance A. First boss went fine. But during the 2nd trash boss, 3 in my party DC'd out. We got to Ozma and tried to wait it out, but they were gone for a while. We sat for about 5 min before the other alliances started to ask us to boot them and we proceeded to do so. As we're about to kick the 3rd person, they come back T_T So we lost the healer and a DPS, both of which were replaced pretty quickly. The replacements came in pretty quickly and we got started. One of my alliances DPS was new, so they got caught by a lot of the mechanics due to not knowing. Honestly, this wasn't an issue for me. The problem though was, my co-healer was dying a LOT.
They apparently didn't know the mechanics timing very well either as they kept reviving into Ozma wipe mechanics... such as when the comets are landing. Or when the Triangle fires its beam... So I'm busy keeping the entire team up solo and wasting a LOT of mana reviving my co-healer. We of course wipe. So, we go back again and pretty much the exact same thing happens. Co-healer eats every mechanic again, dying and using up all my mana. My co-healer then chimes in with, "you guys should probably just kick me". And then doesn't accept my raise... So now I'm solo again and alliance C chimes in with "what's up with A?" because half the team is now dead (because ALL my swiftcast raises were going to healer). So we tell them my co-healer is refusing to help anymore and the other alliances agree to help us (which is sad honestly, but I just couldn't do it solo since too many were getting hit with mechanics (acceleration bombs, comets landing on them, orbs, etc.). Then because the other healer is still sitting watching, he chimes in with "I see (player name) died again. I bet fohl isn't raising them because it's a waste to bother".
Honestly, it wasn't. I was just so low on mana because I never had a chance to recover from it being so low from raising my co-healer so many times at the beginning. I probably raised people at least a dozen times. Not joking. But, we somehow got through the fight. It was just a bad experience, but we got through and I honestly felt really good that I was able to keep Alliance A up overall to survive the fight. Shame that 1 person can really bring everyone down.
Don't worry. I'll spam cure the crap out of you with my Paladin.

I'm just reaching hard content. In the reddit thread it said to work towards my first relic weapon. I get through chimera in df np, now its time for hydra. I queue up with a mentor who doesn't answer any of my questions or tell me any mechanics. They rushed ahead and everyone fights np. Fear comes, I get feared and I die. A second person died as well. The mentor types "Yay incompetence" and continues to fight like normal. I get raised by the AST and the other person that died is now arguing with the mentor who is typing passive aggressive responses in chat. We eventually made it through, but it honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I haven't done DF for two days now because my anxiety has kicked in. I seriously hope these type of mentors aren't a majority and that I can find one willing to actually help a sprout.
