This isn't anything against premade teams. Hell, do that more often. No, this is advice:

STAY. FOCUSED.

By that I mean, don't worry about if you're dealing with a premade team or not. I say it all the time; the moment you think of your enemies as anything more than just that, you give them the advantage. Yes, be aware of their strategies, pay close attention to the flow of battle, work together, and adapt as necessary. But do NOT get caught up in WHO you're fighting.

Please understand, the only benefit a premade can possibly have over non-premade is better coordination. Beyond that, there is nothing they can do that you can't. Their healers have the same cooldowns and vulnerabilities as yours. Your MNKs are capable of the same things their MNKs are. Theoretically, against a team of the exact same comp, it becomes little more than who can work as a team. And it IS possible to beat a premade, even if you are not. But the moment you hesitate or begin to worry that you're facing a premade, you've given them an advantage. Don't do that.
