Reminds me of good old Coil days where server first groups said "mechanics are so boring easy blabla..."

The Problem we have is static programming, just switch some jobs from your savage static and you will struggle A LOT more than usual. there are things like "worst case" and not only smooth runs... we dont need nerfs, we dont need to make it harder, we need something that take credit from individual strengths. Most games doing that with character customization and skill trees - the player who lacks in staying alive can spend points to defence or life points (as example) - Square Enix forces player into a DPS check frame and giving little to no possibilities with gear (even materia is a joke!)
