Just a small correction, Aethereo gives 150 by itself, not 30. thats the only way to hit 810 per day through the roulettes alone, and if you get a decent Eso trial, which lets face it, most of the time you dont, and you also dont get Aeth very much, at least i dont anymore. so realistically, yeah 700-720ish would be best bet per day meaning every 3rd day you could get a 3rd umbrite and every 9th or so? (guessing not doing math) you have the potential of getting a 4th? through the extra 720, you get 300 in three days, so that extra 20 adds up to 300 eventually. but yeah, 900 per day would be nice, but not feasable, espesially since most of us i assume dont wanna slog through every single roulette, including front lines which can take multipe hours itself, on top of the mentor roulettes.

Honestly the best way to do this is to spam Aeth with good DPS. 17ish minutes for every 150 Eso. it's highly boring though and i refuse to do more then 1-2 Aeth runs per day, cause i just cant be bothered

That's a per person basis. You might not have that much time, but thats a normal raid night for some people. Relic isn't for everybody, but by no means should it be easier to obtain in this stage of the game. You're getting a 240 weapon for finishing, and it should not be just handed to you. Currently the only other way to get a 240 weapon is Alex for a gobdip or alex for a 245 weapon. Nothing else to say to this.

... I feel I should grind out the anima since I spent millions of gill on this weapon, but 66/240...

Regardless the millions, I still think the 80 unidentified item should be harder to obtain than this 240/240 points.
Therefore I believe most ppl don't think this 240 is too painful compare with the 210 upgrade - very little upgrade with a lot of effort while lore weapon is available. ^^;

I just currently finished this weapon not long ago (two days ago xD) and honestly doing it in a casual way isn't bad at all. Especially after the 120 mark. I had lots of 5 and two 6 bonuses that cut down a few days from the grind. Plus doing the Vanu Vanu beast tribes gives 15 x 3 for the quests, and catching any hunt mobs as I see them really made things go rather fast. Farming ARF does get boring fast, but sometimes you may have to do Weeping city a few times which also gains you some Eso xD

Really just doing your 5 roulettes everyday as we have always done is more than enough to get this in a reasonable about of time, anything else you do is extra xD

Yep, this right here. Or you can clear A8N for seven weeks, get a lore weapon, and upgrade that. Worse weapon, but easier.

Nothing still yet compares to how awful that was
Over 4 months of grinding for the FIRST step alone, rng was a _________ and drop rate just...

Like i said, they should have given more options to obtain umbrite they really missed the mark on this portion i feel

I've only been doing my daily roulette and weekly things and I'm at 192/240... I think this step has a good pacing to it honestly.
