    heal me at 99% and afk if you like, I actually don't care (in dungeons), but please don't tell me you aren't a bad healer if you do it.


    Anyway, with that out the way, my actual feedback on the idea is that I like it, in theory, but I am having trouble thinking about how it would actually be implemented for healer, as the job is very reactionary. A healer could heal more for example, if the tank doesn't use cooldowns, if people get hit by mechanics, and how fast the dps kill the mobs. The only sure thing to say about a good healer is A) nobody dies (well... that might not be the healers fault) and B) they are utilising every GCD to do whatever is deemed most important (whether that be healing or DPS), and those two things are hard to put into a formula like this.
