I don't know if it has been mentioned but one problem is ilvl. People are getting overgear too fast and some tend to be lazy (even good players with one job but awfull with another but however imagine they are good with).

Then they are not only bad players but also people who over self-confidence since they deal with their main job.

One post mention another point : when you begin with a class you are not used to, you just cannot follow fast run (as for heal than dps ) or lead one as tank. Even if you know the fight with your main, there is no guarantee you will manage properly with your reroll (or second, third ... job). There are players for whom it is their first MMO, there are many things that seem natural to us they don't know. Yes there are FC and so but is it always enough, I'm not so sure. And we can pretty fast level up and be undergeared too.

The best way to learn a job is to practice, in dungeon, but when you start with a overgeared folk who wants to fast run and doesn't understand you need to go slow because you are still learning your job, you, who learn, are not the problem. To have a job at 60 doesn't mean you deal with all other jobs, whatever your level is. Some people imagine because they deal with their main, they can deal with any job. It is so presomptuous and false. They want to imagine it is true for other to imagine it is true for them too. They want to imagine they are pgm.

Last point : I'm far to be the best BLM but if there is a thing I'm absolutly sure, it is that perfect rotation on dummy doesn't mean we are good in real fight.

Funny you should mention Huton. I dunno if some NINs were bots in my Void Ark/Mhach runs. But I've only seen them keep up Wasp Venom and use Mudras for Raiton. Trick attack was not used with Suiton, Huton was never used. They weren't in my alliances but I'm not even sure if the other alliances even cared. I was not really in any mood to cause drama for a callout either so I left it to the respective parties to handle it, which I don't think ever did.

In addiion: They never kept up a single dot or even the dancing edge slashing debuff. I wasn't sure what to make of this.

(This was easy to observe because there were no WARs in the run, and only 3 NINs, myself included.)

With how much we progress in AI these day, i would say a bot should probably have better rotation than that and should be doing a quite decent number of damage.

Finally home and can type better. Anyways.... what me and many other people in here or outside these forum ask in general is, use simple skills that can buff your dmg, use the rotation you had earlier on top of the new one. We don't beg or ask for super duper dps, far from it, we ask for a decent way to play.


Last time I checked those elitist bastards people talk about here, tries to help people improve as a player and guide them into harder content, myself as a FC leader had a few people who was afraid to even enter normal mode alex because they thought they werent good enough so I took them with me. Guess what, now they do extreme primals and even savage raids.
Many people, especially 1 certain dude in here ignore the most importent context when we say something in here, but instead they rather bring up things none of us said then make up some gibberish statements that me for certain can't take serious. How is it elitist to help people? Not to brag but I'm pretty sure I've helped the players and community in general more than those guys in here who cry out the word elitist. If you are soo much better player or even good person, prove it. Last time I checked, lying to people about how they should play, make them stay bad, won't help them improve and ignore the fact they need help. Some people are afraid to help so, first step is ALWAYS to ask if they want help or give them a hint or tip how to improve gameplay, dps, tank or dps and even mechanics.

What many in here does is spread toxic ways to play, lazy standars and ignoring the fact they are bad, then have to spread it out to the rest. To treat illness you have to start from the source then kill it from there. What people do here is making the illness worse.
