Forcing NA Duty Finder to be better, we need a grading system.

Wow. I think this behind-the-scenes rating system would be an amazing addition. Can't really be abused because it has no player input other than just doing your job as well as you can. Nobody would ever notice that the queues are taking longer because they're ranked lower unless it specifically told you that's the reason for your specific wait time.

However, since I understand that the majority of the posters here are the vocal minority, and of that minority the majority are probably exactly the ones who this rating system would hammer, I can definitely see why so many people would be totally against a system like this interfering with their duty finder. The other aspect, is that PF isn't any better than DF, because you have the exact same people in both. The ones looking for a carry; the ones that over estimate their experience, and cause 3rd-phase parties to wipe in the 1st phase; etc. They're all the same, and putting specific keywords in the PF description doesn't do anything because apparently most people are illiterate and can't read them or simply can't be bothered to do so.

Makes me really wish I had taken the time before to learn Japanese so I could just transfer to their server and play with individuals who actually put forth effort to accomplishing a goal... as a team...

INB4 all the quotes and scowls on peoples' faces as they think "elitist", and "asshole", and other things to make themselves feel better about being the weight that drags their group down.

Share this sentiment so much, it's like the League mentality. It's not about how good you are, it's about how many mistakes you make and it's about finding 3-7 other people who can make an equal amount of less mistakes as you can. Bonding to become great comrades and friendships is a bonus.
