Veto One Dungeon in Each Roulette

My problem with Aethero is that I've gotten it for the past six days straight and not ONE person needed it. I have always said that Aethero should have been an 8-man dungeon and thrown into the MS roulette. If it simply must remain in 60, then here's what to do. Since that dungeon is a mini T8 (I believe?) have some cool gear drops reminiscent of Coil gear. Then, you'll actually have people queing FOR that dungeon instead of trying to veto it.

Needed it as in to clear for the story? Or needed it as in to get eso?
I know tons of people who are just running ARF over and over for eso.
