Eh doesn't sound like it's worth the investment if it's just a warp. If I could use it to warp even in combat just once it might be worth the expenditure but I doubt that's the case here.

You get the warp ring regardless of the package as far as I know, so you can get it for free.

All you'd need is to be a gsm and make the flawless ring which is part of the quest chain or buy one for cheap as chips from the MB or ask a crafter to make it.
