Well it's really handy when the cooldown isn't up, but the wait is so long...but yes it's quite handy when it works.

From what i've heard about it...It would have been really handy during HW hunts on PS3 when the expansion first launched....trying to get the same instance my party was in for churning mists was such a pain in the butt, i miss a couple hunts that way.

So far I used it mainly when my hubby was out gathering during short windows to teleport directly to the node x)
He mostly used it to stalk me or as a last resort when I was hiding in some bigass zone and he couldn't find me.

I like all the bonuses it gives and well it was quite a special thing for me and my boyfriend as we are still a long distance couple and won't be in a position to get married irl for a few years at the minimum.

The ring is amazing. I don't see how anyone thinks the recast on it is impractical. I've easily used it over 100 times.

You use it and it teleports you to your bond partner's location (or closest island to him if he is flying).
Recast timer of one hour.

Eh doesn't sound like it's worth the investment if it's just a warp. If I could use it to warp even in combat just once it might be worth the expenditure but I doubt that's the case here.

It is worth it just for the teleport animation alone
You enter warrior of love mode, shoot off hearts and then stretch your fist up like superman to FLY TO YOUR PARTNER IN THE NAME OF LOVE (...or something like that).

I'm married to my actual significant other, so it didn't really need a purpose. We use our rings a lot to get to nodes, or just to quickly get to each other to trade things. Every now and then she'll get me to come save her from something... which happened yesterday. "I forgot the level here? Come save me?" lol
