    That was probably me - I mentioned that in the 3.3 preliminary patch notes thread, and when the full notes were uploaded that image was changed with a disclaimer that the previous image mistakenly showed content "that was still in development". So yeah, that is hope that part of Gridania will finally see access (given it's been locked since 1.0).
