Certainly not to derail all of the "It's Ilberd!" - "No, it's Gaius!" - "No, it's Theodred!" debate, but I suspect that it's a lot of guys (and gals) in masks. Yda is excited for the Imperials not to know what hit them when the Masks launch their attack. They sound like a unit, to me. Though, that's not to say that someone familiar isn't behind any of the Masks...
