There are still wards on low-populated servers that have available houses. Maybe they are doing it to get ppl to move to less populated servers to even out the load across all servers? It wouldn't surprise me if there was to be a "free moving campaign" from the high-pop servers to the low-pop ones soon.

You're just being intentionally dense with that example. Doubling the price seems stretching it for a small/medium leaving you to under the subjection of the GM's judgement but when you're tripling say 30M for a 10M medium of the report, you know you've definitely pushed it far enough to warrant a ban. The idiots on servers expecting 50x the price of the original purchase is just opening themselves to a straight one way ticket out of here.

They need to be more clear on this. If someone's just trying to recoup the costs it doesn't seem that bad at first, but what about the person trying to recoup costs after them and even after that person? Person one pays 3m for a plot, asks person two for 3m to relinquish the plot. Person two now pays 6m total for the plot. When they go to sell, is trying to recoup what they had to pay too much? What about the 9m recoup cost of the next person? We need to have a housing interview with back and forth questioning, these one-off answers every few months don't work.

He seemed pretty clear on it from what I heard, they don't support selling housing but they will leave it up to GM to determine if person selling it for excessive amount. So don't try to sell a small house that cost 4 million for 20 million.

It not the 3rd person in the line problem about the 2nd person recouping their cost cause they bought it from someone else. Eat the cost and deal with it if they want to go that route.

He didn't say it isn't allowed period. He said not for exorbitant amounts of gil you are nit picking his words. Hopefully the official translation states it more clearly.

frankly there should be a limit of one house per server wheather it be private or FC if your the fc lead then you gotta deside do you want an fc house or personal house dont let people buy more then one house and make sure they cant just use an alt to buy the house like say" Ok this account bought this house one this server he's locked in till he sells and buys a new house."
