Do you need to log in first? I logged in and it sent me to a page where I couldn't figure out how to get back to that page while logged in.

Nah, you just put the code in the box on the page without logging in and it'll spam some codes out. At the bottom, there is a field to enter an email and they'll mail you a copy of the codes, it just takes a while. Just copy and paste them into notepad or write them down somewhere. Log into Mog Station, go to "Enter Item Code" or something like that and put them in under the right service account.
