Housing Alleviation (How FC rooms could help)

Thing is, how will apartments be different then having a room in your FC? Perhaps slightly bigger, but more or less the same thing. Highly doubtful they would include balconies and such.
If housing was instanced instead of having everyone all together would have been the better route :/
I get why they did it like so however

Unlimited supply and Do not require a FC to obtain.

That is what separates Personal Apartments from FC Apartments as FC Apartments are limited to what your FC can afford.

Beyond those two we have to wait until farther announcements on what they have planned for Personal Apartment.

my plan is to buy an apartment in the Mist (& then eather repurpose my FC room into an actually FC leader's office or storage or delete it no clue yet till they give more info) I'm just wanting that loft in Mist.. been missing that beach view since FC moved from small to med (Mist to Lavander) but I quess I'll wait for more info till I get my hopes up lol

If partitions are going to count towards used up spaces with the item limitations, then I'd like to see apartments actually have sectioned off rooms. Don't give me a wide open room and be like, "Ok you have X amount of spaces to use, enjoy making a bedroom; bathroom; dining area, living room & not run out of space to fill your place out with furnishings! (Oh also Twelve forbid you actually want to also hang stuff up on your walls or place carpets.)"

If I already have to use spaces up for wall hangings AND rugs, then put pre-existing rooms in there that I can decorate so I don't have to use partitions as well.
Otherwise, guess I'll just stick with FC room as my apartment.

That would limit everyone elses creativity

And that's what houses are for, full creative control plus other housing perks. If you are someone who wanted your own space for the sake of having it but didn't want to join an FC or w/e your reason, I don't think having an option of an apartment with pre-existing walls would "limit" you. Everyone has their own reasons for wanting a place of their own.
