Housing Alleviation (How FC rooms could help)

Housing is a large concern for allot of players. The resources are too limited, which causes a stressed market.

What if, with the purchase of an estate room, the player could have the choice of teleporting normally to their FC or directly into their room? Adding in a share estate for one more tenant than yourself would probably be appreciated as well.

With this sort of system you would have:

Quick access to the MB via FC warping.
Access a repair/supplier/bell from a single warp to your room.
Gardening from potted plants.
The ability to bunkerup with a friend or spouse.

Many players would get allot of the satisfaction of owning a practical place of their own, at an early economical level (300k can easily be obtained doing the msq and nothing else.)

What chu guys think? Should we have a teleport option to warp directly into our FC room and give it a tenant size of one?

Isn't that coming with Apartment Style housing in Ishgard? Seems if that model is one the community likes it can probably be expanded to other cities. Hard to say what the apartments are going to cost.

I'm more interested if the Personal Apartments may have small, medium, and large size options.

That would be nice. Hopefully that will be a part of the options available. Hopefully we'll hear a bit more about them soon.

As nice as it would be, I admit I would be quite annoyed considering I've been waiting for my furniture limit increase for years.

Apartments and possibly allowing housing exclusive features like training and dying chocobos, airship expeditions, and gardening to be able to be used outside of housing. That way, people who want those features but don't care about a house can do what they want without taking up housing space. SE would alleviate alot of the trouble by just adding these features outside of the housing wards alone.

It would be really nice if the apartments had some kind of terrace attached so we could utilize some of the outdoors features of housing.

Thing is, how will apartments be different then having a room in your FC? Perhaps slightly bigger, but more or less the same thing. Highly doubtful they would include balconies and such.
If housing was instanced instead of having everyone all together would have been the better route :/
