Theres nothing that needs to be fixed in Weeping City, once you know the mechanics, it's actually easy. It's about time we don't get a faceroll content that is outside savage and Ex primals. Casuals have it too easy as it is with all the roulette dungeons. This isn't for hardcore Raiders, it's for casual players trying to catch up. If it's too difficult to actually get done, and people aren't able to get their gear or upgrade items... it needs to be fixed. If you're complaining, stop doing the Wipe City, and start doing Nex, Sepex, or Alex midas savage. Hardcore Raiders need not apply in Wipe City.
Or he could be someone who actually wants such content (I am also one of these people who enjoys these content and doesn't want everyone done at first try because I understand what progression is and does ont rage quit after 1 wipe). Also, referencing a post from another thread because it is relevant to the current discussion:
Two versions are not enough because it gives no middle ground aka no midcore difficulty. Right now things are more or less separated into two levels of difficulty with one aiming at hardcore and another aiming at casuals with little for those in between. Weeping City is one of the few things we can actually consider midcore content, something we have not gotten for quite some time (because let's face it, Void Ark was faceroll easy).I never asked for a crazy difficult content that makes me frustrate so I wait till nerf is coming >_>
If people like such hard dungeons/fights: I dont mind!
SE can keep making 2 versions of it for easygoing players/casuals, like me,
and the a version for people that like to get 1hit k.o. for 1 tiny misstake.
Weeping City is no where near the level of difficulty of Savage Raids, nor is faceroll easy, it is where it needs to be, somewhere in between. Nerfs would just ruin its delicate balance.
And what about the midcore people? The people in between? The people that everyone always seem to forget about? It isn't just casuals and hardcores, there are people in between. This is one of the few content that is at a good difficulty for these people. This isn't for hardcore Raiders, it's for casual players trying to catch up. The 215 Dungeon Gear and the 220 gear from Normal Mode version of Midas and the 230 Lore gear with the ability to upgrade via hunts already give casuals plenty of ways to outgear the content designed for them. I say the 24 mans are more for the midcore people to catch up to the hardcore players if anything else.

Another thing a lot of people here are overlooking:
Even if you are not the type to "ragequit" after a wipe, you don't get to control that. Your group does, if there are people trying to pass vote abandons (and let's face it, there usually are)
I may be totally willing to keep trying at Forgall, but if the majority of your group doesn't want to? Too bad! Back to the queue (and likely the start of the raid) with you!
This is not helping the tedium, to put it mildly.
It helps to identify who is refusing to listen or follow mechanics and just sort of vote kick them after warning them. It can pacify some of the rage quitting.Another thing a lot of people here are overlooking:

Another thing that could help is to queue in with friends or FC members, runs tend to go smoother when you go with people you know and that you know will actually try. Not only will the ones that volunteer to help you tend to be more skilled than the average duty finder recruit, but they don't tend to be rage quitty or vote abandony (not real words but meh, sue me).
Part of this game is the socializing and networking, and it gives you a huge advantage if you can do so.

Sadly, this is very true.. but let's make this thread the loud one for us that want it to be the way it is!!! \o/
In all honesty, I feel it is so fun & challenging, and nothing that is really overpowered to the extent that it needs a nerf. I mean come on, just use a bit of that brain power and all the mechanics become very manageable. *stops talking before I start my rant* =x
Nothing like having quality moments with zombies.

We are currently recruiting! We are a SG/AU based FC, active during GMT+8, recruiting casuals and raiders alike to join us. PST for more info!
Yes, lets keep this thread going on all the way for at least until 3.4 hits! Can't get much louder than that can it?Sadly, this is very true.. but let's make this thread the loud one for us that want it to be the way it is!!! \o/

If they are not in your party it's totally out of your hands. It helps to identify who is refusing to listen or follow mechanics and just sort of vote kick them after warning them. It can pacify some of the rage quitting.
And preforming an entire alliance is not all that easy.
I have actually spent hours litterally doing just that Weeping City and so far, I have seen more people willing to learn it than people wanting to ragequit. The only time we all accepted the vote abandon is when people were still at Ozma and we had 15mins left. People need to stop leaving on first wipe just because it's difficult. Also it just came out give people time. Weeping City is actually fun!
Everyone saying it's easy and faceroll... but people are still wiping. I don't know where I'm on as far as nerfing or not nerfing. I'm just thinking it will get nerf cause not enough people are finishing it. Plus as far as I've been told people aren't finishing the Nidhogg fight in the MSQ. If THAT is too hard for most people then shit is most def getting nerfed. Again, I have no opinion on either or.
None of my groups have been abandoning after one wipe, actually. It's usually after several, to the exact same mechanics, after they are explained over and over. There's only so much help you can give.I have actually spent hours litterally doing just that Weeping City and so far, I have seen more people willing to learn it than people wanting to ragequit. I would be having fun if my groups were actually successful at it, because it's a refreshing change of pace from Void Ark.Weeping City is actually fun!
Whether that's due to a nerf or an overall increase in player ability is honestly of little consequence to me.
