In the case of Au'Ra I imagine the differences would become apparent a bit earlier tha the other races due to the massive size difference between genders

Not necessarily. Again, defer to the human model - regardless of how they develop during puberty, boys and girls have rather similar body structures. Yet, men regularly reach over 6' in height, while women can be as short as or shorter than 4'. It varies greatly, but the point is such extremities, while rare, are possible even in humans despite both sexes having similar body structures until puberty.
(And for the love of the Maker, it's Au Ra, not Au'Ra, Au-ra, Aura, etc. Au Ra.)

Still haven't settled on a name to return to Roedom pride.
Elezan kids are the same as Hyur kids, save their ears, despite the height and muscle mass difference as adults.
So while it's feasable a prepubescent Roegadyn could look just like a prepubescent Hyur, it doesn't explain the wildly different skintones found in Roegadyn bloodlines.
I mean, we haven't even seen a kid model that wasn't a Caucasian skintone, even with the obvious Moon kitten, Kloe.
Unless, we're supposed to assume Moenbryda was a freak of nature that didn't turn green upon maturation and they start out peach toned. O.o

Funnily enough, seems we can also use "Auri" as a descriptive when talking about an Au Ra in passing, as seen from the Wind-up Odin minion:
"Many have pondered why a dark divinity with roots in northern mythology would wield a blade with a decidedly Far Eastern name. A popular theory is that Odin acquired the blade upon slaying an Auri warrior who was the first ever to notch his thereto- fore unsullied plate." So, there's that going on.

I'm gonna claim Galka rules if we don't have any sort of Roe child confirmation by 4.0.

I asked this question to Koji fox for the lore pannel, I really hope he answers it. There is so little we know about Roegadyn I think due to the fact that they are pretty unpopular with players.
