And if there was no house flipping, 99+% of those people that didn't get the house they wanted still wouldn't have gotten a house. House flipping is a means for people to get a house that can't be online at 4am on a Tuesday and get lucky, so I would say that's something good.
=3= I have determined you are a troll...and one thing is: If house flippers didnt buy up all the housing, then the people who werent "lucky" have a better chance at getting a house than by being gouged a house for 6x its value if not more.
